Project section shows the detailed view of individual projects containing task priorities, types and statuses for example. Projects can also be to be created, updated and modified by the users from the same view.
With a new Task Timer plugin you can set SLA's for your tickets and view SLA metrics reports for chosen time period.
Project permissions are configured from project screen Permissions section. Every project can have read / write access configured for individual users or groups.
add new tasks
Tasks are added from project section Add task link from the right section of the screen. Tasks type, project area and related persons are also configured in task view screen.
Tasks can also be updated, commented and modified in this section. Every task can also have multiple sub-tasks.
Project can have multiple project areas which can have multiple project area components. Task can be added and moved into different project areas and new project areas can be created.
Agile task board shows project tasks as a cards. Cards can be moved forward or backward to reflect the current progression of each individual task. There's also a planning board where tasks can be moved.
Agile task board supports drag and drop for all task types.
You can also create new sprints into your agile task board, add tasks to your product backlog and manage your sprints. Agile board is meant for tasks which are started and in active delopment.
Plan you tasks in advance with planning board. Move and position you cards with drag & drop. Start working with you tasks in agile or kanban mode.
Planning board is meant for tasks which are not yet in active development but are planned to in a near future.
sprints and epics
From Agile board view, create epics and sprints and organize everything using even multiple product backlogs. The number of tasks in each category is updated in real time to show you current state of your project.
From this view task statuses are configurable, new status items can added or deleted. Every task must have status which indicates tasks lifecycle.
Task types and priorities.
All tasks must contain a type and priority. Priority can reflect severity of an incident for example or how SLA's are calculated for specific tasks.
From this view task types and priorities can be added, updated and removed. It's also possible to set default task type and priority.
Project workflow settings
Workflows defines you agile projects lifecycle. For every status there is a status event which moves tasks forward or backward depending on how your agile workflow has been configured.
From this view workflow events can be added, updated and removed.
Notifications and taskboard plugins are configured from Project Administration section. Configure your project plugins, notifications and Agile board settings.
View reports from created and open tasks by project, date and time period.
File browser can be accessed project view Files section. All project files can uploaded there and kept withing project. File browser supports folders and file permissions for users and groups
